Nothing is ever deleted. One may hope that no one finds it, but it is never deleted yo the point it can’t be recovered.

Correct. In Microsoft Outlook and in Exchange Server there are copies of the messages sent and received, deleted, etc. It is in the Meta-Data. Poor dumb Hillary can bitwash all she wants, but at the end of the day any State Department IT Person could pull her emails from the State Servers.... Of course the fax line that she and girl friend used as a modem line for a privately owned laptop sent even more data to another Winner laptop.

If you zero the bits you’re not getting it back. Basic deletion loses the header to the file. Proper deletion cleans the drive.
