Hitting 14.5 degree Celsuis, Karachi witnessed the coldest morning for November today. Karachi, used to having warm days and cool nights throughout the month, was hit by the Siberian winds to face the cold spell. According to the Pakistan Meteorological Department, the region will be hit by the dry cold spells with cool nights and hazy/ misty mornings throughout the month.

a prolonged harsh winter subject to climatic change

That happens around my house as well.

Climate seems to change about 4 times a year

14.5 C is about 58 F. Boo hoo.

Of course, if there’s a typo and they meant -14.5 C, that’s about six degrees F, which is a bit nippy.

Karachi is the filthiest place on earth.

Dead bodies in the sewers filthy.

You can smell the place from 10 miles offshore.

Solar minimums and La Ninia’s are... well... cyclical. When are these wet-your-pants climate change fanatics going to realize that?

I worked with a guy who had been in the navy. He said the same thing, that you can smell Pakistan while far out to sea before you sight land. He said it smelled like a burning trash dump. A nasty place.

They really believe La Nina is causing problems in Pakistan?

If true, then it must be affecting weather on Mars.

Nah, it can’t be that bad. After all, Obama went there to enjoy it during his formative years.

When I went to Las Vegas I chuckled when I saw people wearing coats at night and it was about 70 degrees outside. But when it’s 120 in the daytime, that 50 degree drop makes you get really chilly. I think by my 3rd day there I started wearing a coat at night also. 8>)
