If you were going to try and steal an election, you would do ALL the steps they did.
If you wanted a clean and fair election, you would not have done ANY of them.
Wouldn’t the State Legislature be responsible for the establishment of all recount rules, and wouldn’t they have to be affirmed, and in place prior to an election? State Legislatures are responsible for writing all election laws. I would assume that means they would be writing the laws/rules or at least approving the rules put in place in regards to challenges, recounts, etc. All of that would be included in the election laws for each State. These Commissions can’t just arbitrarily re-write the rules that govern recounts, especially not recounts for a National election.
This is stupid.
How would changing the manual after the fact carry any weight at all in a court?
I sort of feel like the end game is to deny the 270 threshold. It’s a tough road but not inconceivable based on what is going on in GA, MI, PA and WI. I don’t think AZ and NV would matter.
They want to put it on the SCOTUS to ‘overturn’ the election by daring them to follow the Constitution.
Then, they either ‘win’ the election OR they go into ‘collapsing the system.’
ChiComms are behind it all. They win either way. Embarrass us internationally. Weaken the country as we grow more divided. They decided increasing racial and class divisions was the easiest way to destroy the U.S. - without ever firing a shot.

Ann Jacobs and Mark Thomsen are your typical Democratic fascists on this commission. Trying to shut down a request from Dean Knudson to have a final meeting before the Democratic chair submits a sham recount.
Seems to me, that the manual in place when the recount was requested stays in affect, even if they do change it tonight. As long as the recount request was within the guidelines spelled in the manual that existed when the recount request was made, it kind of acts like a contract, I believe.

Only the WI legislature can change state election law.
If the Elections Commission makes a move, they ascertain USSC will overturn it.
They’d have a better chance of just cheating again.
More fraud: rewriting the rule book after the game has started.
And the point of this meeting is to prevent the certification of the recount by the D chair without the conference of the other commissioners (in the case of recount guidelines not being followed, or its guidelines being changed.)
States can still slow-walk and act stupidly while the clock runs out.
