It seems (I’m listening in on the meeting via Zoom) that someone wants to “balance health safety needs” with rights of observers and canvassers in order to see the ballots and signatures.
So some of the people no doubt have added these proposed changes with ambiguous wording to allow for nefarious intent to succeed.

“Madam Chairwoman” says Dane County intends to use live video feeds to limit number of observers in close contact.
Or something.
The only political position should be is that person a citizen able to vote and resides in that precinct.
