My guess is that they’ll outline the process for the recount that the Trump campaign has requested.
They must be trying to rewrite their recount rules, and to monkey around to fudge the dates of when the rules were actually adopted. That’s what corrupt crooks do when they’re caught.

Trump beat them by millions of votes.
They likely have been cheating for the last decade or so - with the MSM helping them.
Look at the rallies. Nobody showed up for Biden. Trump had hundreds of thousands.
According to Lin Wood, Trump had over 60% of the votes and it was not close at all. Likely flipped many House and Senate seats.
Biggest scandal in American history is what we are looking at. Dems will still blame Russia and riot.
If I remember correctly, these Wisconsin whackos have a reputation for doing weird stuff when their backs are against the wall.
I think the Senate all went to Illinois or someplace when they didn’t want to vote on something or other.

It seems (I’m listening in on the meeting via Zoom) that someone wants to “balance health safety needs” with rights of observers and canvassers in order to see the ballots and signatures.
So some of the people no doubt have added these proposed changes with ambiguous wording to allow for nefarious intent to succeed.
JMO YMMV

The only political position should be is that person a citizen able to vote and resides in that precinct.
They’re trying to change the rules after the fact and not trying to hide it. They really want to drive the U.S. into a civil war.
We started “main streaming” the mentally ill as the treatment of choice back in the 1970s and closed down the institutions. The states loved because they saved money. Now we’re paying for the consequences of that ! In the homeless & the nutjobs in politics and everywhere else !
