Yeah, I agree.. I got kind'a excited at first, until the cold hand of reality got a grip on my better judgement.. :(
Perhaps much stronger than anyone realizes.
A few years ago, the USA & other countries (NOT ALL THE COUNTRIES IN THE WHOLE WORLD) signed an agreement that IF any person from this country was indicted in another country the USA WOULD EXTRADITE that person & hand them over for trial.
Joe may be spirited to Ukraine for prosecution. His own bragging words on video tape could hang him there...
