It is with desperation that Trump-supporters — those of us who are faithful to the Constitution and expect our elected officials to be faithful to it as well — are distraught at the rumor that Durham is giving up on his investigation of the coup-plotters, who broke every law on the books in their attempt to derail the Trump presidency.
How can this be? What has been shared with the public is more than enough to send many of the conspirators to prison for the rest of their lives, but as yet not one of them has even been charged with a crime. We were led to believe that A.G. Barr and his team meant business, that they would expose the many and calamitous crimes these traitors committed over the nearly five years since Trump announced his candidacy. We were led to believe they would seek and get justice for the president and all those in his inner circle who were so egregiously targeted by that group of self-appointed elitists, who sought to destroy his candidacy and then presidency. Indictments were to come before the election, but they did not. Now the D.C. gossip is that Durham is dropping his investigation altogether in fear of a Biden administration backlash!
Is there a person in the DoJ who is not a craven coward? It seems not.
Can this be true? Has this veritable giant of the legal community, given the criminals of the Russia hoax a pass? If it is true, then America is well and truly over. If it is true, the America people are being deprived of their essential and guaranteed constitutional rights just as the citizens of Cuba, Venezuela, and China are deprived of their basic human rights. If our Constitution and our laws can be entirely ignored...

Too much hyperbole in this editorial. “Broke every law in the book” is pure BS, for example. Stop the hyperventilation for a change, and try something incisive, like a strongly-worded letter.
Find his bagpipes and take them away.
Then maybe he’ll do something.
He is either crossing the T’s or not on Trumps side.. Really hoping he is just making sure things are getting done. He changed the laws so they can investigate before the election is called instead of after. Someone quit and now nothing.

Trump should call an emergency presser and fire Barr’s sorry ass.
Four years gone, and this administration never did find an Attorney General who wasn’t either cowardly, compromised or otherwise corrupt. Or all of the above.
Who could possibly expect competent action from Barr at this point, when all he has to do is remain oblivious (and complicit) and keep sucking his bagpipes for just a little while longer?

They’re not cowards, they’re CORRUPT. Sessions, Barr, Durham, etc... have been collecting FAT checks - more than you or I will ever see, (non-stop even through our pandemic shut downs when WE were unable to work and earn) for sitting on their behinds TELLING us that they’re investigating crimes where evidence is fairly common knowledge.
They had NO intention of prosecuting their money-making friends in DC.
To them, Donald Trump is some amateur halfwit hack who found his way into the White House and should never have gotten there. After all, HE is not of THEIR “elite” class.
And neither are we rubes... They don’t work for us (as Alzheimer’s Biden blurted out to their chagrin).
We are simple CHILDREN - who foot THEIR bills... So if they occasionally have to go on Fox News and make it SOUND like their 9 steps ahead in their 4 dimensional chess game, CAREFULLY putting their case together so it holds in court... blah, blah, blah.... they do that.
And after each hard working week of nothing, they go home, sip champagne, order the staff around and laugh at we sheep.
He’s the one who told Trump a President can do anything. It is in Article 2.

Trump’s otherwise successful presidency has been marred by some horrible appointments—Sessions, Barr, Fauci, Birx, Scaramucci, Tillerson and Bolton stand out.
Just my theory. Trump administration gives Biden a free ride , while Biden’s leave Trump his business and family free from harassment. It’s a swamp.
