Michigan House Representative Matt Maddock announced on Twitter that a number of Michigan Legislators believe Gretchen Whitmer has crossed a line with her handling of the Coronavirus lockdowns in that state and they will be calling for impeachment hearings.

At Parler, Maddock added,
Myself and the following members: Daire Rendon, Beau LaFave, Ryan Berman, Shane Hernandez Dan Lauwers Lana Theis and a growing list of Legislators are calling forthwith for impeachment hearings for Governor Whitmer.
Michigan voters know she has committed the following impeachable conduct: Ignored court orders. Violated our Constitutional rights. Completely ignored due process and the legislature. Weaponized contract tracing databases to aid democrat campaigns. Using our kids as political pawns and denied special needs students who depend on the services that occur during in-person classes. Caused the unnecessary death of thousands of our vulnerable elderly who died alone and scared in nursing homes.
I’ve listed the first things that come to my mind. What did I miss?

Michigan’s tyrannical overlord responded to calls for her impeachment with a statement saying,
“Governor Whitmer doesn’t have any time for partisan politics or people who don’t wear masks, don’t believe in science, and don’t have a plan to fight this virus. Right now, she is focused on saving lives. The governor will continue to work hard for all 10 million Michiganders. This is about Michigan vs. COVID-19. Governor Whitmer doesn’t care if you’re a Trump Republican or a Biden Democrat. We are all in this together.”
You’ve got to love the “Accept my fascist control over your life or you don’t believe in science” approach of Whitmer’s statement. The only good part of it is that with her personality, she’s certainly not going to be able to charm her way out of impeachment.
Leave her there. If she’s impeached she might wind up coming to DC to run the DOJ or the FBI.

Somebody sure needs to pull the plug on these tyrants. They seem to think they can declare permanent emergencies to wield dictator powers.
They’re going to try the same tactics over climate change garbage if they’re not stopped now.
Another reason why I find it hard to believe that Michigan went lawfully for Biden.
This is exactly why only landowners should be allowed to vote and the vote shouldn’t have been given to women.

Seems that Gov Whitmer doesn't care about any deaths... just power and control.
