Rudy Giuliani, the attorney for President Donald Trump, said the campaign is prepared to lose election cases in an effort to throw the final decision on the presidential race to the U.S. Supreme Court.
Giuliani’s comments came during a Tuesday interview on Fox Business' "Mornings With Maria."
The Daily Mail reported that Giuliani was due to appear in court remotely on Tuesday in a case involving an attempt to have hundreds of thousands of mail-in ballots removed from the count in Pennsylvania.
“Frankly this is a case that we would like to get to the Supreme Court,” he said. “So we're prepared in some of these cases to lose and to appeal and to get it to the Supreme Court.
“You might remember in Bush v. Gore, the Bush campaign lost in the state of Florida because it was a Democratic court. You're not going to win every one of these ... but in some cases you win, some cases you lose.”
Trump has maintained he would “easily” be declared the victor in the race if just the “legal votes" were counted.
And earlier this month he tweeted that the “U.S. Supreme Court should decide.”
Meanwhile, Giuliani is in charge of Trump's campaign lawsuits and public communications about them.
Trump put his personal attorney at the top spot after a lawsuit was dropped in Maricopa County, Arizona....

It is that big.
A headline CNN would be proud of.
Newsmax...c'mon man.
I agree that this all needs to be decided by the Supremes.
I am not a believer Newsmax is the answer, more mind games with word manipulation in my opinion .
Never the less we just want the supreme court to uphold the constitution and protect the rule of law. Is that too much to ask for.
He doesn’t want.
It’s the law.
There are some legislators that I believe won . . .but a declaration won’t help them.

Newsmax is small time tabloidish, they need to step it up if they want to increase their views.
People are looking for alternative news to the turncoat Fox. They ought to step it up.
We know we can’t trust Roberts. The only other question mark is Kavanaugh. Will he turn Souter on us this soon? (I fully expect him to do so eventually.)
They will note take it if all we have is an allegation of fraud in Venezuela in 2013.
I think the four states with obvious fraud should select their electors to the EC via a vote in the state legislature.
And Ruth Bader Ginberg just happened to pass when she did........And Amy Coney Barrett took her place.
Nice when it works out.
Rush talked about this in last segment also ran audio
This election is broken enough that it needs to be decided in Congress per the Constitution - where we win.
Then we need clean up elections so that this doesn’t happen again. Maybe a total purge of the voter rolls, after which everyone has to re-register providing Real ID compliant ID or its equivalent.
Then maybe restricting vote by mail and absentee balloting.
And putting up some serious penalties for preventing poll watchers from watching the process and transparency in the counting process.
I am not sure the Federales hold sway over this. I seem to remember the Constitution leaving that up to the states.
Of course the Democrats will be against cleaning things up.

Yeah, Kavenaugh is anxious to prove to the left media how 'fair' he is so they will be nice to him.
No. I think the ARMED American people should decide. It was a coup. You don’t leave a coup up to nine imperfect humans.
Particularly when the level of corruption was of such a character that those 9 will be compelled by an offer they can’t refuse.
There is a Plan B in the works.
I hope it happens.
But that still leaves us with the corruption in Georgia and how to deal with those seats
I’d feel better if Rudy wasn’t such a clown
