San Francisco Shuts Down All Indoor Dining After 250 Percent Increase in COVID-19 Cases

Six weeks after the city and county of San Francisco reopened restaurant dining rooms, cases of COVID-19 have skyrocketed by 250 percent, city officials say. That’s why, as of 11:59 p.m. on Friday, November 13, 2020, restaurants will be required to shut their indoor dining operations down again, and to revert to an outdoor dining, takeout, and delivery model for an unknown period of time.

“With winter on the way, limited indoor dining represented the only real hope for many restaurants to survive the next three months,” the GGRA says, as “the majority of restaurants simply cannot make it financially on takeout alone.” In fact, many restaurateurs that have spoken with Eater SF say that indoor dining at 25 percent capacity is not financially sustainable, and that 50 percent is only a slight improvement.

California’s economy isn’t dead yet.

So the pinkos are going to try again to kill it.

Since about the middle of april, the case count has been irrelevant to me - until they define what they mean by “case.”

Four of my contacts have actually become cases. That is, symptoms and all. three in their forties and one in his nineties. All of them showed minor symptoms for three or four days and done.

This is teh “regular” flu’s weak sister. And we’re locking down the world and have already destroyed the world’s economy because of it.

Keep your powder dry. 2021 will make 2020 look like teh salad days.

San Francisco has been life threateningly unsanitary for years under corruptocrat management.

I can’t imagine eating anywhere in that city.

as if the politicians haven’t already done enough damage to the once-great State of Californication

actually, there’s a good thing about this shut-down diktat

if people can’t eat, they eventually won’t be able to sheit all over the sidewalks

And we’re locking down the world and have already destroyed the world’s economy because of it.

You left out "and used as an excuse to steal a presidential election with mail order ballots" because of it.

SF is the outdoor poop and used needle capital of the world, and they are worried about coronavirus.

This is Babylon Bee material!

I was shopping recently and there was a dog in the store. I asked why the dog wasn’t wearing a mask, and if they really think it appropriate for dogs to be in shopping areas? They thought I was joking.

Keep your F’ng dogs at home people. They don’t belong with you while shopping unless you are disabled.

Here in Az, Phx it is 7:10,000

What is up with SF reporting this like it’s wacked out.

A few months ago I think I saw a breakdown of where people were believed to have contracted the corona virus. Most were in medical facilities and retirement homes; very few were in bars or restaurants.
