Trey Trainor, head of the Federal Election Commission (FEC), said in a tweet Tuesday that he believes Trump campaign lawyer Sidney Powell’s claim of widespread election fraud.
Powell, a former federal prosecutor, recently claimed the president’s legal team has been receiving a deluge of evidence concerning voter fraud and other irregularities, telling Fox Business that she has enough proof to launch a widespread criminal investigation and that, “we’re getting ready to overturn election results in multiple states.”
While she declined to detail what evidence she may have in her possession, she insisted, “I don’t make comments without having the evidence to back it up.”
Trainor, in his tweet, called Powell “forthright and honest in every case she’s ever taken on,” adding that, “if she says there is rampant voter fraud in #Election2020, I believe her.”
Meanwhile, Trump campaign adviser Corey Lewandowski told “The Water Cooler” podcast that he, too, believes Powell’s claim of having evidence of systemic election fraud.
Lewandowski, speaking to podcast host David Brody, called Powell a “dogged professional attorney” and said that “if she says she has that evidence, I have no reason to doubt her at all.”
“It’s going to be time to start to present that evidence and present it to a court of law,” he added.
Powell’s claim centers on the notion that elections software switched “millions of votes” from President Donald Trump to Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden. She said a whistleblower has come forward alleging that the voting software was designed to “rig elections.”
“He saw it happen in other countries,” she said, apparently referring to election hardware and software by Dominion Voting Systems and Smartmatic, or perhaps other software and machines.

These people are good! I predicted this years ago after the last bout of voter fraud. This time it was heightened by the flu “crisis” scaring people, forcing them to mail in their vote, where it can be manipulated and many more phony ones added to the phony counts.
We are incredibly stupid and naive to believe this couldn’t happen.
Then again, common sense isn’t common anymore.
DO SOMETHING> FILE THE CASE> RELEASE THE INFORMATION!!

I absolutely believe her. She has the best surrounding her (or they're working for the best-either way, the best are investigating this) and she is a former Federal prosecutor.
I found out over the weekend that her son, Wilson Powell, is an algorithm specialist, and he is identifying areas of blatant fraud/manipulation in the data.
This is far more infected/rotted than I ever imagined. I don't know about anyone else but the level of corruption has astounded me.
I like Trey’s attitude.
I’d like to know what power he has if the evidence Powell has is credible.
What can the FEC do in this situation?

They did it so successfully and for SO long, that they cheated with a gratuitously deliberate and insolently smug disregard for law! They didn't make the least pretense of compliance with the law.

Calm down, for crying out loud! Haven’t you learned anything by now? You don’t show your cards before going to court! Why show your hard core evidence to the enemy? Answer: YOU DON’T!
After many knife scars in his back, Trump and his loyalists have learned a thing or two about this dirty, corrupt and filthy swamp - of which some are in his own party. We just need to be patient (hurry up and wait).

The whistleblower can see it in other countries change votes all day long, but unless she saw it happen here in this election during the election this won’t matter to a judge.
I imagine this process is like hunting. You have to set the shot, hold your breath and squeeze the trigger. If you rush you miss.
Trump’s team only has one shot at this. They have to get it right. Patience is a virtue.
Trump’s team have revealed enough to let us know what they are doing. I expect in a day or so you’ll know a lot more. We may end up losing to the forces of evil, headed by Biden, but will lose if Trump’s team takes their shot too soon.

Yep... Hurry up and wait. But time is running out day by day. We need to start winning some cases that get these votes recounted and observed to make sure all these signatures are there and match. Get these bad ballots out and the count correct. If there is more to it with the software then maybe they will go further than recounts and audits.
In just the same way, when this gets to the Supreme Court, I would hope that such an observation would be featured —
They cheated in a gazillion different ways. Some were stupid. Some were clever. They’ve been doing this for years and they’ve never really been called on it. This year, it was over the top, and they got called on it. If the Supreme Court doesn’t stop them THIS year then on what possible grounds would any election fraud ever be stopped in this country? They will do it again in 2024. Even more blatant. Right in your face. And if any one is foolish enough to bother to take that election to the Supreme Court, what would be different? What would drive a different outcome?
This is the year. If voter fraud isn’t stopped NOW, then we will never have a fair election ever again.
I’m waiting. But not forever.
You might just have to wait for ever that is the plan and so far it is working.
