1,483 trading days: The average length of the time that it takes the Dow to carve out a new all-time high after hitting a bear market
The Dow Jones Industrial Average on Monday notched its first all-time high since February, ending a relative fallow period for the blue-chip benchmark, which was hit hard by the COVID-19 pandemic relative to its peers.
But the climb still represents the fastest rebound from a bear-market low for the benchmark in about three decades, according to Dow Jones Market Data.
On Monday, the Dow DJIA, +1.59% finished firmly above its Feb. 12 closing high at 29, 551.41. At 193 trading days, it is the fastest bounceback from a fall of at least 20% from a recent peak — a widely accepted definition of a bear market — since April 17, 1991. That’s when the Dow took 191 trading days to recover from a bear-market drop.

Re Schwab’s comment on “resetting” the world. I think Adolf said the same thing about the 1920’s depression.
Little Marxist Trudeau just said the same thing.
Germans: Always wanting to rule everything. Sounds like Biden/Harris and the Squats.
This election is like some damn nightmare.
135 percent??
And biden wants to add a 7 trillion dollar stimulus??
What could go wrong?
A loaf of bread will go for about 25 dollars by the time he’s out of office.
Squats…LOVE IT!
At the same time he will be ruining supply by destroying industry, farming and energy, going back to anti-American globalist trade policies, crushing wages of skilled American workers with open-borders immigration, and arranging for his merciless blackshirt gangs to physically destroy politically noncompliant businesses and their owners.
Only his cronies and large corporate donors will survive the onslaught of punitive regulations, edicts and violence raining down from his regime.
All of those things.
Can you imagine?
The lengths they went to in order to ensure that America never be what it once was?
They will do everything you said and try to Destroy us.
There was a coup.
I’m not sure what folks think “keeping the senate” is gonna do.
And the fix is probably in on those already anyway
Absolutely a coup IMO. Look how they moved, very quickly and all in unison, to remove pro-Trump voices from the airways (even Fox) and shut them out of social media while announcing that Biden had seized power. Isolating the legitimate government and shutting off its public communications is always the first things to happen in a coup.
And yep, all that just to destroy the White Trump voter demographic. Amazing scheme in terms of its scale and what they seem to have pulled off.
The $7 trillion ‘stimulus’ will keep national GDP looking good and probably give a big boost to lib cities running on government spending, even as the real economy withers away like 2009-11. Look out in a few years for the return of racist articles from the lib propaganda outfits blaming skilled blue collar and rural Whites for the tough economic predicament forced on them by Biden.
It’s very dark time ahead.
I am not Trump so it’s easy to talk like a tough guy but I would love to see him refuse to concede until the end.
How do we go about our normal lives when we NOW KNOW we no longer live in a republic and the months and years will get worse exponentially?
How soon before we start getting arrested for things we have said by the FBI?
Boy are they gonna be a terror now.
The rot is everywhere in everything. The cancer is terminal
Trump was the miracle cure for that cancer. Or at least a chance at surviving.
But then then the supposedly healthy cells joined the cancer cells in fighting the treatment.
And those healthy cells will have the nerve to want our vote in 2 and 4 and 6 years...
This may be the worst analogy I’ve ever used :)
On Breitbart,
Fortune 500 CEO’S WILL INTERVENE IF BIDEN IS NOT INAUGURATED IN JANUARY
The U.S. Chamber stands ready to work with the Biden administration and leaders on both sides of the aisle to restore public health, revitalize our economy, and help rebuild American lives and communities,” the Chamber’s statement reads.
This is the garbage they are feeding us
