If anyone is left wondering how deep state actors were placed in the highest offices of the federal govt. At every level, then you need to listen to this radio interview. Blake Percival was a field director at United States Investigative Services. His position was to oversee the field investigation of federal applicants applying to be hired by federal authorities. What he discovered was a large percentage of applicants were approved without human eyes ever having opened the investigations on applicants. This was a practice known as “dumping. It led to Blake Percival issuing a whistle blowers claim against fraud. This later proved to be the case as it exposed nearly 700,000 fraudulent federal background checks.
