I just heard on NewsMax that President Trump has summoned his legal team to the White House for an "emergency meeting".
“There is a doctrine of law called the Law of Armed Conflict. On September 14, 2001, the country moved to a war footing and this legal environment was essentially established.”
We have certainly been at war since, and plenty of Americans have given “aid and comfort to the enemy” (cough cough Jane Fonda cough cough) yet none have been charged with treason.
If this election has been stolen, it’s been stolen by Americans. I have no doubt foreign nations might well have been cheering them on. The man who currently is styling himself “President-Elect” is certainly in China’s pocket.
I’ll try and find it. I’ve seen so many videos. But if you see one where the video is shot from behind the man talking and they direct the camera at his hand Occasionally (he has a class ring on his pinky with a green stone). That’s the video. I’ll try and find it tonight. I’ve tried to save them all.

I think Biden is brain-addled enough that he was following orders and was told he could become POTUS with minimal work. That would enable him to terminate all Durham and Hunter investigations. He is not the “big guy”, but he has liability from China and Ukrainian corruption deals that occurred within the past 5 years (statute of limitations).
Having Biden confess and withdraw from the race is just about the only way to avoid massive civil conflict.
I just cannot think of another storyline that fits what we know.
I think his team knows that the Dominion server conspiracy case, while likely very solid, is not specific enough in terms of harms (i.e., can’t show specifically that the votes went to Biteme, only that it looks incredibly fishy. But that’s not enough to take points off the board.)
Not to contradict you, but you realize what you're saying, right? If there really is a Dominion conspiracy, there is no way to show it and, therefore, there will never again be a free election in the USA.

My understanding is that the major cases are being filed this week.
I think it is not good to ignore the psychological pressure being brought to bear on the fraudsters. Some of them will turn states evidence.
Some of the dirty politicians in the states will give in and do vote audits.
Some mafia boss who oversaw the completion & delivery of thousands of Biden ballots is said to be ready to sing for immunity and pardoning of his laundry list of prior convictions. Jay Sekulow commented on this story.
When you enter a battle you play to win. There is much more going on than finding a judge. POTUS’ team is digging for evidence, weighing how to aim the suits and putting on lots of pressure. Now if the Presidents supporters could stand firm and exude confidence that would enhance the President’s hand. Do they have the requisite self discipline?
Ever since when democrats witnessed how easily Hugo Chavez won election using Dominion software, it is now used in every swing state and more, total of 30 states in 2020.
