President Trump’s lawyer Sidney Powell made bombshell claims in a Sunday interview, claiming that the campaign has uncovered hard evidence of machines switching votes from Trump to Biden in multiple states.
Speaking to Fox News, Powell declared that “We’re getting ready to overturn election results in multiple states,” adding that “I don’t make comments without having the evidence to back it up.”
Powell, a former federal prosecutor, said that a whistleblower has emerged with evidence that software in voting machines was ‘rigged’.
“We have so much evidence, I feel like it’s coming in through a fire hose,” Powell proclaimed.
“They can stick a thumb drive in the [voting] machine, they can upload software to it even from the Internet … from Germany or Venezuela even,” she said, adding that those behind it “can watch votes in real-time” and “can shift votes in real-time,” or even “remote access anything.”

Powell inferred that the software was used to switch votes for Trump to Biden, noting “We’ve identified mathematically the exact algorithm they’ve used—and planned to use from the beginning.”
Powell noted that the claims are not new, and that leading Democrats have also investigated rigging of Dominion Voting Systems, Election Systems & Software, and Hart InterCivic.
“(W)e have concerns about the spread and effect of private equity investment in many sectors of the economy, including the election technology industry—an integral part of our nation’s democratic process,” wrote the Democrats in letters to the manufacturers only approximately one year ago.
“These problems threaten the integrity of our elections and demonstrate the importance of election systems that are strong, durable, and not vulnerable to attack,” the Democrats added at the time.
Dominion has categorically denied that its machines are capable of being rigged.
“Dominion Voting Systems categorically denies any claims about any vote switching or alleged software issues with our voting systems,” a statement read.
“Our systems continue to reliably and accurately count ballots, and state and local election authorities have publicly confirmed the integrity of the process,” the company added.
In a further interview Sunday, Rudy Guiliani also detailed the mounting evidence of election fraud, going so far as to say there have already been enough illegal ballots identified to swing states back to Trump:

I always cut and paste text from a website into Notepad. That strips everything embedded and leaves only plain ASCII.
I then will add paragraphing, blockquoting, italics, img src links, etc. in the Notepad document, then paste the whole shebang into the FR reply box for preview.
If the software changed votes from Trump to Biden, a simple hand recount of the original paper ballots would quickly reveal the discrepancy.
You wouldn’t need to recount the entire country, or even an entire state. All you would have to do is to hand recount one precinct to demonstrate the switch (or lack thereof) of votes.
No, this would not do anything about the ballot box stuffing that occurred in several cities at 4 A.M., but would address this vote-switching claim.

Good luck finding a federal court (or any court) that will accept this evidence.
If they have the evidence they say they have, if the courts do not overturn the supposed ballot counts, Republicans in the state legislatures will. But they have to show the evidence.

This would be the kind of thing that the one sided media can’t hide for long. It’s the start of the truth coming out. When these people start having Marshals showing up and arresting people then you can’t really not say something to the people. Of course they will twist this and say Trump cheated or something.
With the caveat that it'd have to have been a precinct where it happened, and large enough to distinguish between a 2% shift and the normal errors.
I try not to be a conspiracy theorist, but I sure do listen to the podcasts of a lot of conspiracy theorists, and one theory is that the CIA software Hammer and Scorecard switched votes in Deep Red precincts because those were the places where a couple of percentage points swing wouldn't be noticed. Example: a 65%-35% trump win becomes a 55%-45% Trump win, but Biden picks up those extra votes to be added to the statewide totals.
A possible demonstration of this was the Michigan precinct where 6,000 votes were switched from Trump to Biden, but the local election people knew that was a gross error, so they hand counted the ballots and reversed the totals manually.
Like I said, I'm not a conspiracy theorists, so I will need to see concrete proof that votes were electronically switched, which would be so easy to discover by a simple hand recount of the paper ballots, before I believe it happened.
Do I think voter fraud happened? Of course it did, and it does every single election. Ballot harvesting, getting absentee ballots for your elderly grandmother then filling it out yourself, stealing ballots from mailboxes, etc. Do I think that over 136,000 ballots were forged in Detroit? That's a much harder pill to swallow.
