Website maintenance happens all of the time. The SOS is not a “voting website”. You are looking for conspiracies where they don’t have reason to exist.
I suspect very few people will need to access the site between 5 am am and 8 am on Sunday morning. I feel sorry for the guy who is going to have to get up before the crack of dawn on Sunday, so that you are not inconvenienced at 8 am.

Isn’t it amazing how the onset of sophisticated electronics has made election cheating so much easier? There is a lesson here if anyone wants to notice.
SoS in all states are responsible for election security - is there something they are erasing? Like emails that amount to tacit election wavers, but are not wavers so there is no record?
