Something extremely bogus is going on. Was tested for covid four times today. Two tests came back negative, two came back positive, Musk said on Twitter. Same machine, same test, same nurse. Rapid antigen test from BD.
And all the symptoms for Covid are the same as the flu!
As the herd immunity sets in the testing companies need political mandates to continue their cash cow.
More than one data point just causes uncertainty and makes the sales of statistics textbooks soar.
Not unlikely with a rapid antigen test. Those are good for screening large numbers of people, not as a diagnostic.
‘That is exactly what has been happening here in NC since testing started. But the enemedia refuses to report that!’
“Absolutely and around here if you test positive on the rapid test you get the 3 day test and if it is positive then you are now one person but 2 for the statistics.”
If that so called patient lived in the 4 county area, north of Gay Frisco, they would have at least one more test done by the hospital lab if they were to be admitted into the hospitals. So, that one + patient could be a triple hitter for the Covid industry.
None of the local hospitals trust the so called free test sites or any other sites, free or pay.
Its no a good thing when states are using these numbers to determine staying in lockdown.
Musks mistake was to take an even number of tests. Thats why SCOTUS has an odd number of judges.

LOL! We need SCOTUS to adjudicate ambiguous COVID tests.
No. 7 controlled tests from a single nurse with this variance show honest statisticians that the test has no predictive power. Note: the company that certified the tests should be charged with criminal negligence and those in charge should be prosecuted for medical malpractice.
Induced panic government power grab.
Ditto that.
many grocers are cheating that way all the time. 14oz instead of 16oz. 11.6 oz, 64 oz to 53 oz and so on. Either to hide price increase or deceive unsuspecting consumers or both.
Oh theyve been doing that for a while now. And not just for beer. And the prices keep going up for less product.
Remember when 2x4 meant 2 by 4? Yea, me either. Although I did run across them in an old house I was working on. Honest to God 2 by 4s. Rough hewn to boot. And balloon framed from the bottom plate of the first floor to the top plate of the second.

I am not a medical professional. Rather I am an engineer by training and a business process by long experience. We would suggest the testing process might NOT be “reliable” or “in-control”
Makes as much sense as 3/4 of a liter, which has been a “fifth” for at least 45 years.
“None of the local hospitals trust the so called free test sites or any other sites, free or pay.”
It’s interesting that there is never any public discussion of the accuracy of the various tests.
Belgium, where Stella Artois is made, uses the metric system.
Elon, I'm worried about your sanity.
They say towards the end of his life Howard Hughes became a total germophobe...
Or maybe you just like it when pretty nurses stick things up your nose. Who am I to judge?
And all the symptoms for Covid are the same as the flu!
With the exception of the loss of sense of taste, yep.
I’ve wondered about this. Since so much of your sense of taste is related to smell, (i.e. you can hold someone’s nose who’s blindfolded and they can’t tell if they’re biting into an onion or an apple) how much of this ‘loss of sense of taste’ is actually just a stopped up head?
My wife and I were just discussing this. I got very ill a few weeks ago when I flew to Idaho to help a longtime friend move there from Seattle. Everyone I came into contact with in Idaho and Seattle got sick. This includes my 92 year old mother. It was just a really bad cold, though.
However, my wife got it when I got back and is just recovering. She just mentioned this morning that she lost her sense of smell, but not taste. It caused us both to pause. However, when she stuck a strong ointment bottle close to her nose, she could not smell it in one nostril and barely in the other.
It was a plugged nose.
Some people I know that work in health care say this virus is the real deal and very dangerous and others say it’s a big nothingburger. I suppose they are like the rest of us and can be manipulated by their information sources. But very little information is “pushed” to me. I pull pretty much all of it. I’m seeing this thing as less serious than the flu, unless you already have one foot in the grave.
