If Person A was genuinely subjected to horrific things by Person B, and years later they go after Person B, their experiences would have validity as a defense.
However, there is no excuse for Person A attacking Innocent Person C, regardless of Person A’s past experiences.
The person she murdered did nothing to her.
It’s not strange that people who commit acts like this are deemed “mentally ill at the time” by their lawyers but are feeling much better now,.
Is that Hunter Biden they are talking about?
this woman is a sick, sick savage. Let her get the death penalty and quick before they change their minds.
Additional details: Bobbie Jo Stinnett was a 23-year-old American pregnant woman found murdered in her home in Skidmore, Missouri. The perpetrator, Lisa Marie Montgomery, then age 36, was convicted of strangling Stinnett from behind and then removing the woman’s unborn child, eight months into gestation, from her womb. Stinnett was discovered by her mother, Becky Harper, in a pool of blood about an hour after the assault. Harper immediately called 9-1-1. Harper described the wounds inflicted upon her daughter as appearing as if her “stomach had exploded”. Attempts by paramedics to revive Stinnett were unsuccessful, and she was pronounced dead at St. Francis Hospital in Maryville.
The next day, December 17, 2004, Montgomery was arrested at her farmhouse in Melvern, Kansas, where the newborn had been claimed as her own and was recovered. The day-old baby was placed in the custody of her father, Zeb Stinnett.
The quick recovery and capture was attributed to, in part, the use of forensic computer investigation, which tracked Montgomery and Stinnett’s online communication with one another. Both bred rat terriers and may have attended dog shows together.
The later investigation was also aided by the issuance of an AMBER alert to enlist the public’s help. The alert was initially denied because it had never been used in an unborn case and thus there was no description of the victim. Eventually, after intervention by Congressman Sam Graves it was implemented.
When authorities went to speak to Montgomery they found her in the living room holding the baby and watching television with the AMBER alert flashing on the screen. DNA testing was used to confirm the infant’s identity.
For those who feel sorry for Ms Montgomery, how about what poor Victoria Jo Stinnett, now 16 yo, goes through as a result of what was done to her AND her mother by Ms Montgomery?
I believe in individual responsibility. I really do not care whether someone is deemed mentally incompetent or not.

So...
Living a rotten childhood exempts one from having to obey the laws and with its rewards and or penalties?
If her case were to be won on the basis of rough childhood, it would make a mockery of others who had rough lives and who obey the laws in addition to other heinous criminals who sit on death row whose defense was based on said rough childhoods and were lost anyway!
Additionally, it mocks the surviving victims of these murders who don’t reach out and kill the murderers!
Why didn’t this woman reach out and adopt a baby? Why did she have to kill someone’s beloved family member to get a baby?
Why? Because she’s selfish and lazy. She was looking for an easy and free remedy for herself and scroo the cost to someone else.
Should society house, feed and shelter people like that? She wants a chance at life but the woman she killed doesn’t? She refused mercy, but begs it from others?
The victim’s family wants their loved one back. If the murder can accomplish that, then yes...give her mercy.
Otherwise, the punishment fits the crime in this instance.
My heart bleeds for the innocent.
While this woman may have been through a lot, she is not
innocent. A woman was butchered. Nope.
Everyone has an innate sense of right and wrong.
Killing and butchering... yeah, that’s wrong.
These “killers” are always described as “mentally ill”.
I will be very surprised if Trump saves this woman.
Don’t do it, Mr. President. Not only is her heinous crime undeserving; but a pardon will be used against you by the tolerant left.
No.
L
Bush didn’t do it, Obama didn’t do it,Biden won’t do
But the libs ask President Trump to do it, why, because he has more compassion when it comes to this stuff.
Yes.
In that case, fry her killer.
