I dont understand why other states dont have standing. If I live outside of PA and voted for Trump, then I am disenfrachised by fraudulent Biden votes in PA. That seems to be within the legal interests of my states AG.

And why they did this so they get credit for trying even if and maybe hoping for SCOTUS reversal.

Associate Justice Samuel Alito Jr. granted the Republican Party of Pennsylvanias request, temporarily ordering all counties to separate mail-in ballots that arrived after 8 p.m. on Election Day from the rest;
I've been hanging on to that aspect. Wonder what the result would be if those votes were ultimately deducted? And what would SCOTUS do if Pennsylvania defied the order and didn't separate? Based on the stuff I've read, it seemed like PA did what PA wanted to do regardless of court rulings. What happens when that happens?

They were counting on RBG to be alive, making Roberts the swing vote.

I know Wikipedia isn’t a definitive source, but that being said:
The Pennsylvania Supreme Court consists of seven justices, each elected to ten year terms. Supreme Court judicial candidates may run on party tickets. The justice with the longest continuous service on the court automatically becomes Chief Justice.
Composition method: Partisan election with “Yes/No” retention vote at end-of-term
Judge term length: 10 years

Well, SCOTUS has not demonstrated that the actually follow THE LAW. Too many appointed by our side seem to be compromised. And no, it wouldnt surprise me if the SCOTUS ruled to simply stop it all.....they dont want to rock the boat, no matter what the LAW says.

appointed vs elected...Not that it makes much difference in most cases. When I get a ballot and voting guide regarding judges, it never gives the kind of guidance that gives me certainty that I am voting for a constitutional conservative or against a liberal. It usually tells me how the judge is ranked by other judges and how they participated in the local school mock trial program...Thanks a lot for that.

They were counting on RBG to be alive, making Roberts the swing vote.Probably a lot of truth in that statement and once she croaked the shenanigans were already set in to motion anyways. The left always over plays its hand with no fear of getting caught and no accountability by the biased press.
