Jordan Sekulow to Newsmax TV: Trump Team Building Its Elex Case Carefully, Methodically

Despite mainstream media's urgent demands for evidence of widespread election fraud, it will take time for the legal case to be "outcome determinative," according to a member of President Donald Trump's legal team Jordan Sekulow on Newsmax TV.

"It's going to be a little bit of a slow process to get this into court, but then all the federal courts know they've got to do this rapidly," Sekulow, of the American Center for Law and Justice, told Tuesday's "Spicer & Co." "So, chill out. Take your time. Let us do our legal work, and then the courts are going to do this in an expedited manner.

"Whether it's like 30 days or so, I think we have all this figured out."

Pennsylvania's alleged commingling of late ballots is a legal battle in the crosshairs of the Supreme Court already, according to Jordan Sekulow, the son of Trump's personal attorney Jay Sekulow.

On the segregating of late ballots, as ordered by Supreme Court Justice Samuel Alito, Jordan Sekulow noted Pennsylvania elections officials "came back and said, 'we didn't do any of that.'"

"So now it's referred to the entire court," he told host Sean Spicer. "They're kind of holding it right now, Sean.

"For that to get there, for them to make a decision like that – which would be kind of like a Bush versus Gore decision – they've got to look at the other states, too, and make sure that we've got realistic legal challenges, which we believe we do, that can actually, when they're all put together, change the outcome of the electoral college in favor of President Trump."

Flipping Pennsylvania's 20 electoral college votes from Biden to Trump would be a significant legal victory, but that alone will not overturn the ultimate winner of the presidential election.

Like most of you, I have been trying to digest the massive amount of news threads, and wade through the vanity meltdown threads from the last week.

And like many of you, I have been in prayer, seeking God's will and comfort in all of this.

The video here is one of the best forecasts of what we see going forward in the next few days and weeks.

It's only a 5:42 interview, but I'll give you the highlights of where we stand in terms of the legal cases:

1. The President's legal team is assembling the case(s), but remember, it has to be done in a certain way

2. Even though the courts are slow, all Federal courts know they have to address the challenges as rapidly as possible

3. The Pennsylvania case is key: Justice Alito's decision to ask the entire court to review a PA judge's ruling to extend voting time, in clear violation of state law and the legislature, may be the first of Biden's fraud dominos to fall going forward. Moreover, they are going to see if Alito's ruling that segregating the late ballots was followed. I believe it was not. Therefore, the Philly and other fraud ballots were counted, and this may overturn PA.

4. PA alone is not "Outcome Determinative" to winning. There are other states that you all by know are key (AZ, WI, MI, GA, NV, etc.)

5. The Supreme Court members are right now looking at what is going on in the other states. If what is going on there looks like it will overturn the media dictated "victory", this will influence the highest courts actions.

My take: Friends - we must hang onto hope, but can't survive at 100% stress levels every single day.

This will take several weeks.

Take timeouts from the news if you can. Hug your children and grandchildren. Go for walks through God's beautiful creation. Bake bread. Listen to uplifting music. And be grateful for the blessings in your life.

For those of us with Faith, trust in the Lord. His will be done.

These people don’t want proof; they don’t care about proof. Yesterday I watch a video of a press conference given by Mckelane (sp), a young man on the team and Ronna McDaniel. McDaniel spent 10-15 minutes speaking about the fraud being uncovered, the lawsuits that have been filed and the affidavits that have been signed, all of which were made available to the press. When she finished, there was a lone voice (they didn’t show the twit) from the back yelling ‘but what PROOF do you have?’ These people are simply not interested.

Some are concerned about Kavanaugh. I am unfamiliar with his voting record to know if that is warranted.

Some fear Barrett may recuse herself. She has no reason to.

The Supremes are human and i pray the msm doesn’t break some of them down before the cases go before them.

No point in worrying about any of it.

In the future, I hope some honest psychologists look at this time period to really study the mental illness which has consumed so many. You can indeed lay out all kinds of logic, all kinds of evidence. Based on that, a call for further investigation would seem quite justified. But the counter-argument of the Left is “Where’s the proof?? You cannot justify the initiation of an investigation unless you already have rock-solid proof of the crime.”

That is some seriously twisted thinking. But it’s all around us.

Last night, my wife was watching Lei Remini's program on Netflix about Scientology. For those unfamiliar, Remini left the cult and has been on the forefront of helping others who were deep into this evil, and exposing it for what it is.

She was interviewing several former "church" members, as well as a medical doctor (psychiatrist).

He said that Scientology operates on a system designed to destroy.

1. Falsely convince it's members that their psychological scars and past is "cured" by what they sell and offer.

2. Destroy all truth, morality, and the value systems of it's members.

3. This quickly leads to the destruction of all sense of Right vs. Wrong, and with it, all empathy and control.

4. After the individual is coerced, use him or her in the greater goal of DESTROYING all opposition to the organization. There can be no "disagreeing" - the "enemies" of the "church" must be annihilated.

This is EXACTLY the same script the Left follows.

Government becomes their god. People believe there is a "purpose" (climate change, end racism, utopia, socialism, etc.) Then, these drones are used as weapons against all "enemies" (i.e. patriots, Christians, Jews, Conservatives, Republicans, Trump supporters, etc.)

The media is engaged in classical psych op warfare against the American people.

But - we have a weapon in our arsenal. God.

God is Truth.

God is Love.

God is in control.

There isn't. Pelosi and the Left's strategy is to delay things enough so that Trump must be forced to leave in January.

Personally, I think enough Supreme Court justices are primed and ready to take action as soon as the case(s) are presented to them the right way.

We have to let it play out, in the time we have.

We need to be informed, and to post, and to fight.

But for persons of faith, there MOST important thing to do is pray.

Pray Changes Things.

We also need to keep an eye on our own emotion, physical and spiritual health.
