Once they discuss Wayne County (Detroit) the light bulb went on...... my theory, the DNC did not think Wayne County would vote so strongly for Trump, thus the emergency 4am vote delivery!

If there is a hand count, that is obviously the most reliable assuming the counters are reliable, and you won’t see the odd graphical curve downward.
I am all for this. If it shows Trump lost, then...he lost.
But I don’t think he did. I think it was an attempted coup.
And someone should pay.
I am not in the least afraid of a recount, but I think they have damn good reason to be fearful of one.

Normally, a recount ends up with a few hundred votes changing hands.
In Michigan, if this is a true recount, and it exposes the wholesale switching of ballots, the recount could uncover tens of thousands of votes.
It would be monumental, that no one would be able to dispute it.

Agreed. I watched an interview with Sidney Powell who is working on the legal team (Thank God, because she can be trusted and would never back down) and she is talking in terms of hundreds of thousands of votes changing hands.
Hundreds of thousands of votes.
Heck. Overall, just looking at the Michigan vote anomalies, there were 20,000 votes taken from Trump and placed in the Biden tally in one county alone.
I think it is far more than that.
I’m wondering if Trump had some forewarning of this, and may have set a trap for them.
Here’s what we don’t know.
1. Who ordered the algorithm?
2. How were they able to coordinate the stopping of vote counting in the battle ground states?
3. Biden pulled in more votes than Hillary and Obama nationwide and in many many counties in Wisconsin and Michigan. Did this include counting of mail in ballots, or from the in person voting and absentee votes. IOWs was the computer manipulation of the voting widespread to all the states where the soft ware was used?
Biden pulled in 75,000,000 votes. A new record. He did it without campaigning. How many of those votes were “taken” from Trump? How many were mail in?
I read somewhere that they think the voting fraud involves about 12 million votes nationwide.
How is it, that all the bad ballots found vote going to Biden. I’ve not heard of any situation where Biden vote was counted erroneously for Trump.
I think these Millennials got overly ambitious and decided to really go over the top in their attempt at voting fraud.
I’m wondering if this was done to some extent in 2016 and 2018 but without the anticipated success, so this time around, they went overboard.
I had never heard of him, but it looks like he has a long history that would only lend credence to the left’s charges that there is no legitimate basis for allegations of fraud.

Probably chowing on frigging foie gras and sipping wine on the cocktail circuit where I am sure they don’t want the likes of Dr. Shiva. Odd, I knew nothing about him, and my wife and I saw his campaign signs on the road and thought it was kind of creepy, as if he was giving the hypnotic look to passing cars to get him to write him on the ballot.
But I know a little bit about data, and you can dislike someone intensely and still have to respect the data if it checks out...so I’ll take him.
I’ll take anyone who is willing to fight right now.
Too many pussy Republicans who won’t stand up to be counted. This guy speaks the truth here, because the data talks, at least to me. People may attack him for a variety of reasons, like they attack the black fellow in the video because he is “only” a high school graduate, but his response of “My calculator is as good as yours” really fits.
As for Sidney Powell, well, she doesn’t have to worry about tarnishing her reputation.

Today, I feel that if someone has a point to make in defense of our Constitution and is willing to stand up and make it, now is the time. Damn. I still cannot believe the we are here today in this spot.

That is my concern—it is looking like there is no credible source who can actually prove that votes were flipped on a grand scale. Perhaps that is because it is impossible beyond circumstantial inference. This guy has a spotty legal history (civil and criminal) and would never be taken seriously as a witness in a court case. The other side would destroy him.
The more I hear Harmeet Dillon, Rudy, Sidney, it doesn’t sound like they have anything provable that is going to change the outcome. Rich Baris, who is completely credible, has said (in so many words) the lack of an audit trail was intentional for this reason.
I agree with you that it’s incredible we are at this point, with this level of fraud entirely predictable. I hope against hope that something is going on behind the scenes that holds the knockout punch, but none of what I am seeing inspires confidence.

From a mathematical perspective, it doesn’t really matter if Dr. Shiva tortures little animals. He undoubtedly has the impressive credentials from MIT...if the data holds up to scrutiny, it does, and if it doesn’t...well...it doesn’t.
I have some knowledge of these things, but I will be the first to admit that it is entirely possible that they way they structured their analysis could introduce things they want to see. I know enough to be conversant, but also enough to know my limitations.
As a Clint Eastwood character Harry Callahan once said in “Magnum Force” “A man’s gotta know his limitations.”

My husband (who has experience testifying as an economics expert witness) agrees with you that if the math is unassailable, his testimony can’t be attacked on the basis of MIT colleagues who call him a “nut,” “fraud” and “loon”. I wish other less cringe-worthy experts would come forward, though.

Michigan has paper ballots. Go through one county and compare or do a hand count. If a problem doesn’t show up, then do a few more counties. If there still isn’t a problem, you’re going to have to look back and registration stuff.

Provisions of constitutional amendments trump everything which precedes them. Ergo for voting procedures the equal porotection clause of the 14th is capable of revising the body’s instruction to leave voting rules with state legislatures.

While having more votes in Democrat precincts as they thought those were safe and didn’t apply there.
