Joe Biden’s team is considering legal action over the ongoing refusal to grant the president-elect a formal transition into the White House, according to reports.
Amid President Trump’s refusal to concede the election, the federal agency needed to greenlight his transition has also held back from declaring him the victor — a move usually made within 24-hours.

Thats pretty much an insurmountable burden of proof to meet without a huge smoking gun to connect Biden directly or indirectly through an enterprise. In my experience, huge smoking guns do not come to light in discovery very often at all (happens very rarely but it sure is nice when it does), and the more money the other side has just further reduces that chance.

Right on. His surrogates (the entire Democrat media) announced in advance that a winner wouldn’t be known for weeks while they conducted the largest voter fraud operation in history to erase the Trump win, so what’s the rush?

There exists no compelling laws or authority that can force Trump to initiate/commit existing or any transition protocol. The constitution and US Code are silent and the US courts prohibited from such interference. There exists ONLY courtesy protocol.
He can wait til January 20, 11:59 AM. if he wants to.
Had to show this to the wife a few nights ago: Gore never really conceded; after the USSC ruled against him, he said he’d accept the electoral college results. The availability of challenge opportunities for him was over and done; there was nothing further he could do. He was cooked. The USSC ruled: no equal protection violations. He didn’t challenge any other states legally; the statutory timeframes had run out for challenges at that point, time was up.
He never conceded and acknowledged defeat to Bush.
Defense of such a lawsuit would be simple — the media does not have the legal authority to call an election and so far it is only the media that has said that Biden has won. No state has certified Biden as a winner.
Not saying it didn’t happen though, just that from a legal standpoint that where it stands right now
