Joe Biden’s team is considering legal action over the ongoing refusal to grant the president-elect a formal transition into the White House, according to reports.
Amid President Trump’s refusal to concede the election, the federal agency needed to greenlight his transition has also held back from declaring him the victor — a move usually made within 24-hours.

This was the Dem game plan all along. I read Biden staffers showed up at government agencies yesterday and demanded access for “transition” purposes.
Seems to me that Biden has NO STANDING until he is actually elected by the Electoral College. Until that happens, he is not the President-elect and has no claim on goverment resources for his imaginary transition.
Banana Republic. Here’s an idea: Have Biden front the money, and if he wins the election, the taxpayers will pay him back up to the $6.3M.

They can file whatever they want to file. The court will tell them that the electoral college hasn’t even met yet, and won’t meet until the middle of December. Until they meet and vote there is no President-Elect. AT ALL. Technically, the President-Elect doesn’t exist until the first week of January when Congress reads the results of the Electoral College Vote.
Biden HAS to know this after 47 years of government service. He’s been through it as an elected official at least 11 times. This is just a way for him to further incite the retarded portion of the populace to violence.

There are limits or boundaries on what they will try to do.
They don’t see this as a transition, they see it as a conquest.
There is nothing in the Constitution about a transition office. Just tell Sleepy Joe that he can transit at noon on Jan. 20 if he is the certified winner.
The election is contested, even one case of fraud makes it impossible to certify.
They want to keep the inertia moving. GORE got 37 days.
Legally Biden can’t demand anything until the electors vote. This is another PR move to cement his “victory”.
