They can file whatever they want to file. The court will tell them that the electoral college hasn’t even met yet, and won’t meet until the middle of December. Until they meet and vote there is no President-Elect. AT ALL. Technically, the President-Elect doesn’t exist until the first week of January when Congress reads the results of the Electoral College Vote.

Biden HAS to know this after 47 years of government service. He’s been through it as an elected official at least 11 times. This is just a way for him to further incite the retarded portion of the populace to violence.

I don't think, even now, that Biden is running the show. The people who have been propping him up during the campaign are behind this. They want to push the narrative that he is the president elect, even going to the extent of setting up an office named the "office of the president elect" like Obama did. There is no such thing.
