Ken Starr: Pennsylvania Ballot Extension 'Constitutional Travesty'

The disputed Pennsylvania ballot extension forced by state courts over the legislature is a "constitutional travesty," according to famed prosecutor Ken Starr.

"What happened in Pennsylvania over these recent weeks is a constitutional travesty," Starr told Fox News' "Life, Liberty & Levin." "Gov. [Tom] Wolf tries to get his reforms, his vision, as he was entitled to do, through the legislature of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. He failed.

"He then goes to the state Supreme Court, which by a divided vote, accepted the substance of what Gov. Wolf was doing, and then added thereon nooks and crannies as well."

Starr also noted it is a "crime" to "count every vote," because counting "illegal" votes violates the Constitution and state law.

If PA late votes are not counted, as should be the case, Biden could still have exactly 270. What other state gets taken away from him? Nevada? Arizona?

If I recall correctly, Ken Starr won every single court case against Team Clinton, but without a Senate with integrity, it didn’t matter.

I watched Ken Starr on “Life, Liberty & Levin” yesterday. I was very impressed, and I have a new respect for him.

Every swing state will have a ballot recount. Many state results will end up in the SC.

No candidate will have 270 electoral votes by the end of November.

This whole thing end up back in the House and state legislative bodies where Trump will prevail.

No candidate will have 270 electoral votes by the end of November.

That's irrelevant. If some States do not have certified electors by the time the EC votes, then the minimum to win is less than 270. Let's say PA, MI, WI, GA and AZ muck it up and don't send any electors. That's 20+10+16+16+11, or 73 fewer electors. So only 465 electors vote, that means a majority of valid electors would be 233, not 270.
