Right...the same legislators who voted for the bill (Act 77) that gave us this mess with mail-in voting. The Republicans could have stopped it ins its tracks.

If PA remains uncertified by Dec 14 when the ekectors vote, then the number of electors goes down to 518, 260 of which being a majority.

One of the artifacts of delay of certification is delay of court challenge to certified result.
Not saying this is good or bad, just that process timelines is affected. there is a drop dead date in December, so the plaintiff has to consider the best place to get a favorable result. After cert, Courts come in strong.
Act 77 explicitly says no mail in ballots after 8 pm Election Day. If they arrive after that and are counted, all mail ballots are invalid.

Good news. They know the rats stole the election. I just hope our people found a way to keep them from stuffing a bunch of the the illegal post election ballots into the pile.
