Excellent.
It’s ‘bout time! :-)
And Sean Hannity, said, "Tick tock, tick tock".
Thanks for the insightful analysis. Appreciate it.
Will a single state trigger that? or only when neither candidate gets 50% of electors?
Can they abstain or vote “present?”
Great explanation of how the president will be elected 12th amendment ping
“True, the Repubs would have to hold steady and stay in line with their vote.”
Queue ‘The Usual Suspects’ - Murkowski, Collins, Romney to Eff it up for us, if it comes down to it. :(
I can’t take credit for it - it was someone on the thread under the video on the Citizen Free Press post. ;-)
1. State legislatures set election law, which cannot be over-ruled by courts or bureaucrats. Does this include other state AG’s? I don’t know.
2. Other pro-Trump states voters were disenfranchised by all the fraud in blue swing states. My state was +16 Trump and my vote was disenfranchised.
3. I hope this multi-state case clears standing.
The communists may have “crapped in their mess kit”...BIG TIME with this fraud BS. They all may soon be able to thank the vile, demonic Botoxian for this one. It would be such karma for not vetting the Kenyan Usurper as should have been done in the first place.
Rudy G just tweeted:
“The Trump administration has MAJOR DIRT incoming
Biden celebrated prematurely!!!!”
Linky?
This is the most hopeful and thoughtful information that I’ve seen. Republican Attorneys General are a credible group and they lay out a very clear case that the Pennsylvania Supreme Court rewrote the law in a manner that changed the election and created chaos.
I love Trump, but we need more of this specificity at this point to break through the media silence and convince courts that something completely outrageous happened.
Rudy, Rudy, Rudy. Shut up or put up. This “free beer tomorrow” doesn’t cut it anymore.
You don’t need to get to 270. You need to get to a majority of the appointed electors by the required date. Some states might not appoint electors, like in 1864, so the rquired number may be smaller.
Bttt.
5.56mm
Yep.
As I understand it, the popular vote in a given state is a trinket. It is the legislature of a given state that chooses that states slate of electors.
Rudy, Rudy, Rudy. Shut up or put up.
So, you’d rather him show you his cards just for you?
Never tip your hand until the other side has pushed all its chips in for a bluff.
