Gov. Gavin Newsom said Monday that more California counties are poised to move backward on the state's reopening system as COVID cases increase.

Earlier in the day, President-elect Joe Biden cheered news about the promising development of a coronavirus vaccine but cautioned that Americans need to be aggressive about mask-wearing and social distancing as infections continue to surge around the country.
As of mid-morning Monday, California had more than 976,576 confirmed COVID cases and nearly 18,000 deaths related to the virus, according to Johns Hopkins University.
I hope every blue state in the country is shut down until the next election with everyone required to wear masks. That way we easily win in a landslide.

If Trump had won immediately, they would have lifted. But Biden based his whole campaign on Covid panic, and his announcement today that he wants mandatory masks in all places (he once even suggested at home), a national lockdown and “aggressive” contact tracing is giving new power to these crazy governors.

Don’t forget that Newsom has ruled that counties have to have ‘good numbers’ in minority neighborhoods, no matter how well the county is doing as a whole.
Why do homeowners have to pay supplemental school taxes when the schools are not open? I went to Walgreens 2 weeks ago and the cashier asked me to buy a chocolate bar as a donation...I asked him, for what? He told me it was for the schools...when I told him all the schools are shut down, he seemed surprised. He must have been a leftie.

Trump let the states have control. Even if he manages to win he will still let the states handle their response within their state. What I mean is that he will let California continue to what they have been doing since March.
Us faculty at a college in San Francisco are praying that the everything goes backwards and a lockdown is ordered.

12 hours a week as an adjunct faculty professor living in Cebu (where I have 2 houses) is doable. $1200 every two weeks won’t even pay for a tent in the Bay Area.
