Why do homeowners have to pay supplemental school taxes when the schools are not open? I went to Walgreens 2 weeks ago and the cashier asked me to buy a chocolate bar as a donation...I asked him, for what? He told me it was for the schools...when I told him all the schools are shut down, he seemed surprised. He must have been a leftie.
