Hundreds of Orthodox Jewish mourners gathered on the Lower East Side of Manhattan on Sunday for the funeral of a prominent rabbi despite social distancing rules - a day after thousands took to the streets to mark Joe Biden's election win.

The mourners were packed together shoulder to shoulder for the funeral for Rabbi Dovid Feinstein, 91, outside the Mesivtha Tifereth Jerusalem, a 113-year-old yeshiva - or religious Jewish education institution - that he headed.

The gathering was in violation of social distancing guidelines, but such restrictions have been routinely ignored for the past 24 hours in New York City including by the city's mayor.

I know that there was a 60 page ruling in Pennsylvania a couple of months ago in which a Federal judge slammed the state's Rat Party Governor for having blatantly violated a number of basic Constitutional rights (under the *US* Constitution) with his Executive Orders.

I wonder if any Constitutional scholars (Dershowitz for example) have weighed in on the many orders issued in various state capitals and in what ways,if any,they violate basic rights.
