“When we have a vote on the House floor, there is no way in the world I’m going to be voting to ratify the Electoral College votes from states where I believe that illegal votes have distorted the will of the people in those states who have cast their votes illegally,” Brooks added. “And we’ll see how that goes. It is not the Supreme Court who decides who is the President of the United States, under the Constitution, it is the Congress who makes that decision.”
Such an outcome could force the 50 U.S. House state delegations to determine the next president, which Brooks said could mean Trump’s reelection.
“If the Republicans stick together in the House of Representatives and if we vote by state, which is what the United States Constitution suggests we shall do, then Donald Trump will be elected president if we conclude that the election and voter fraud is so great that the will of lawful voters is being denied by the process that socialist Democrats put into place,” he explained.

There are all sorts of things the Republican Party could do to rectify the criminal theft of the presidency if they wanted to. If the Republican controlled PA state legislature had stepped up to the plate a day or two ago there would have been no media coronation of “President Elect Biden” yesterday.
Mitch McConnell would love nothing more than to assume the role of the valiant resistance to Joe Biden’s agenda while pocketing the cash and not having to do anything.
Don’t waste your time protesting in the streets this week - take it directly to your Republican representatives.
With the GOP, that question always looms large. Sadly.

FYI, a few election cycles ago, when John Boehnor was Speaker, he targeted Mo Brooks in the primaries. Yes, the Speaker of the House targeted a sitting incumbent in the primaries to try and defeat him.
How did that work out? John Boehnor is no longer in Congress and Mo Brooks ran for reelection unopposed this term.
Brooks initially opposed Trump in the primary in 2016, as I did. Once he saw that Trump governed as conservatively as he did, Brooks was 101% on board.
He is my congressman and a good guy.
The GOP is on the chopping block, here is where, if it should come to it, the separation of the men from the boys. Whom so ever votes against the president shall be cast out and the GOP will die on the vine at the hands of the American people if Trump is not vindicated

Audit all the votes of every state, if it is discovered that a dead person cast a vote for Biden or any illegal votes were cast for Biden, he should be disqualified as a candidate in that state.
All it takes is one illegal vote and that candidate should be disqualified.
Brooks is great. Too bad Trump didn’t support his candidacy for US Senate. It would be great to have a strong voice like his in the Senate GOP caucus.
