Some things lead me to believe, if I'm a judge, I have to say the pool was poisoned, and to a degree that could determine the winner ... and therefore ... what? Re-vote in some states? What other solution is there if it's determined based on a preponderance of the evidence that the fraud and so called 'irregularities' were enough to alter the outcome, yet the legit ballots can't be separated out from the contaminated ballots?

If a quick revote isn't an option, then all you can really do is decertify whichever batches include the fraudulent votes. They just get completely removed from the count.
