In that case, the Republican legislature can choose its own slate of electors, with the approval of Professor Evers 100% unnecessary, per the U.S. Constitution.
The National Guard can run it and they should have guns so they can shoot the cheaters on the spot.
And Florida put together BIPARTISAN election reform after Election 2000, and they had a tight, honest voting situation this week. Everyone accepted the results.
If FL can do this, so can all the states. All the GOP governors and/or state legislatures should be looking closely at lax election laws and making reforms to be as airtight as states like OH and FL.
Republicans have full control of the legislative and executive branch in 22 states.

I was just thinking the same thing today
This major correction , and hopefully putting in federal prison of all these illegal actions , will be for all of those poor Republicans for all these years
they watch their valid wins disappear slowly but surely , and feeling helpless and powerless to do anything about it

In 199 i think it was, Pa had some cheating democrats and the courts threw out their ballots and the elected democrat senator and allowed the republican to take office.
In 2000 in Bush Vrs Gore, Gore just wanted a recount of certain counties but the SC said no, if you recount 1 you recount them all and thats what happened. IIRC Gore conceded before the count was finished.
Since republicans were not allowed to view the ballots as they were counting or verifying, those ballots should be thrown out. I cant see how the courts would just order a recount after ballots have been accepted illegally.
The intent of the PA legislature was crystal clear. 8pm on election night. And they took it a step further. They put it in the law that IF a judge played with that deadline - it would NULLIFY other parts of the law that made mail in ballots possible. They basically said that if the judge changes the deadline - the whole legality of ALL mail in ballots will lose their legal standing.

The only real choice is to potentially toss out “poisoned” districts. Anywhere fraud is found, nix the results. Don’t call them for one candidate or the other, but use the results of the untouched districts and counties.
People’s legit votes won’t be counted, but that would be the fault of the election judges. When you can’t determine which is fraud and which isn’t, or ballots went missing, that’s all that can be done.
It’s an awful option, but a re-vote is out of the question. Soldiers and citizens overseas can’t exactly cast a new ballot, and too many people are terrified of leaving their homes due to COVID. Despite that, there’s no guarantee people can get out of work to re-cast unless some sort of executive order is passed to treat the re-cast the same as election day.
Can the SCOTUS demand a recount? Throw out votes?
There is an automatic recount due to close vote.
They can dismiss illegal votes if they can be identified. For example, any votes signed by poll workers should be easy to identify.
Milwaukee County had a 69% and Milwaukee City had 80% vote for Biden. Trump increase his vote total, but Biden went higher.

The entire election in (probably) every state is tainted by malware. Send it to the state legislatures or to the house.

Looks like many aren’t going on vacation for the next 5 years.
The issue would have to go to the legislature. It is not as undemocratic as one would think since the assemblymen and senate of the state are elected from and drawn from the state population, theoretically, and the constitution provides for it. The legislature can direct it’s own electors as they see fit or declare that they will not be sending electors to the college there-bye reducing the numbers of electors needed for the vote. Biden simply loses that state’ electors. Let say it’s Pa. 20 electors get zapped and the winner needs 250 to win.Let’s say Wisconsin too becomes unsolvable...their electors get zapped and the minimal number goes down. Congress can decide to forego the electoral and go to a state by state vote. There are a number of ways out of this mess...none of them pretty but at least it needn’t be chaotic.
