The Supreme Court Order that has media and Biden upset. Trump leads in PA with all legal votes!
General Dispatch ^ | 11/07/2020

Unreal. The Supreme Court had to issue two orders to PA. I suspect this is going to a re-vote. Seriously. And it had better be an in-person vote. https://t.co/S0jeE1hS3I— Ned Ryun (@nedryun) November 7, 2020

The Brazenness Of What Is Happening is Shocking and Horrifying----
<><> Democrats blithely add zeroes to Biden’s vote count.
<><> Michigan voting machines counted as Biden votes thousands, if not tens of thousands that were actually cast for Trump.
<><> Wisconsin has an unrealistically high voter turnout number (more proof of fraud).
<><> PA and Georgia keep finding more and more votes, all of which are cast for Biden.
<><> In some cases, tens of thousands of "found" votes were cast for Biden....not a single one for Trump.
<><> many ballots simply vote Biden- not down-ballot candidates......verifiable evidence of voter fraud.

===============================================

AMAZINGLY STUPID airheaded Dems never figured that fixing the
top of the ticket for Biden meant the down-ticket candidates would lose.

THE MISSING BLUE WAVE

Sweeping GOP state legislature wins cast doubt on Biden victory; "This is the first coattail election with no coat"
American Thinker ^ | 11/06/2020 | Thomas Lifson / FR / FR Posted by SeekAndFind

President Trump drew a vast number of his supporters to the polls, and they paid attention to down-ballot races and elected Republican top to bottom.

How odd that the Biden votes that keep surfacing didn’t include state legislative races.....or even dogcatcher votes.

The Washington Examiner realizes what a big loss the Democrats suffered: "Democrats had been hoping their landslide victory would hand them power in a number of new state legislative chambers.

This was key to their goal of cementing themselves into power. Not only would it give them opportunities to advance their policy agenda, but it would also hand them much greater control over the redistricting process than they had enjoyed in 2011."

Democrats failed to flip even a single legislative chamber in their favor.

This massive Democrat failure will echo through the next decade. Democrats w/ power at the state level, could have erected massive obstacles to Republicans’ goal of staging a post-Trump comeback. Instead, they now look forward to a second dismal decade of living under maps they did not themselves draw.

As for the US Congress, despite far more Senate GOP incumbents up for re-election, it appears the GOP will hold onto a majority. (Excerpt) more at americanthinker.com ...

Let them.
Trump will either use the Insurrection Act or it goes to Congress, where it is state-by-state, not majority of 435 members.
The GOP controls 27 states.

Oh, there’s always the Insurrection Act (effectively Martial Law).

Recall that Eric Swallwell while running for the Dem nomination, openly spoke, in earnest, of nuking red-state voters.

But...we control the nukes. The Dem voters are bunched in big cities (otherwise known as “targets.”)

There is NO scenario under which the Dems can pull off this fraud successfully.

Constitutional expert Mark Levin accused PA Democrat Secretary Kathy Boockvar of breaking the law:
<><> by counting votes that arrived after Election Day,
<><> by counting ballots without valid postmarks.

Levin said Boockvar is allowing federal laws to take over.

LEVIN: "The Constitution grants states the right to direct their elections. The reason why election statutes
were left to the states, is because the states demanded it. The states did not want the federal government
interfering with the manner in which they set the vote, nor did they want courts interfering with a…political process.”

“Act 77 also provided that if this portion of the law was invalidated, that much of the rest of Act 77, including its liberalization of mail-in voting, would also be void. The exact text is: “Sections 1, 2, 3, 3.2, 4, 5, 5.1, 6, 7, 8, 9 and 12 of this act are nonseverable. If any provision of this act or its application to any person or circumstance is held invalid, the remaining provisions or applications of this act are void.”

It seems to me that the lower court held the “received by 8 pm on November 3rd invalid and the remaining provisions should be void. Throw all the mail-in votes out. But then, I’m not a lawyer.

>>> remember obamacare.

What do you mean “remember Obamacare”???

That’s the scariest thing of all...

What do you think Joe will do day 1 (that nobody is talking about)???

Yeah... thats right.. he will reverse Trump’s actions AGAINST Obamacare which was the individual mandate, giving it FULL POWER again overnight (because you see, it’s still in place thanks to McCain)

he would also most likely make it retroactive... meaning if you are 4 yrs behind not getting it, then all of those penalties will accrue against you.

If we're talking about state legislatures picking electoral slates we should look at the overall picture, not just the currently contested states. If we start picking the Rats may be desperate enough to pick where they can gain anything. What's possible? If this is correct they can't steal much. Picks are made by prior not 2020 legislatures so AZ's 2020 not yet being settled doesn't matter. Alas that prevents the new NH folks from gifting Trump. As far as I can see all the Rats could potentially gain is to take away Trump's one Maine EV. On the long shot chance that becomes important the unicameral NE legislature could choose to take away Biden's one EV there in response. Be alert in Lincoln and make Maine pick first! IIRC SCOTUS precedent is clear than neither state law nor even state constitutions could prevent either. The only limitation is whether the legislatures are willing to accept potential consequences in their next elections. Otherwise all the obviously decided states are either controlled by the leading party or split (MN). And all the states in question are controlled by GOP.

“Evidently that 138,000 votes found thing, with only one
candidate’s name on them is very effective.”

That didn’t happen.

>>> we thought no way the USSc would support obamacare and presto they did.

why u think they were so upset about Barret as Ginsburg’s replacement?

They had Roberts as a stealth liberal vote then.

Robert (on the manifest) is not a stealth liberal vote anymore.

He is a MINORITY liberal vote now.

YEAH!... you can say that again.

Most of those “deals” were paid for by China, and Biden was told by them to WIN AT ALL COSTS!... or ELSE!!!

The solution to that shares one important link to the current SCOTUS case. Obamacare was INTENTIONALLY written (as longtime Freepers may recall) without a severability clause. That is the root of the case SCOTUS hears this month, brought by several GOP state AGs. It argues that since Robert’s tax excuse has been removed the if any of the rest of ObamaCare is unconstitutional they have to declare all of ObamaCare is unconstitutional.

>>> It argues that since Robert’s tax excuse has been removed the if any of the rest of ObamaCare is unconstitutional they have to declare all of ObamaCare is unconstitutional.

I remember that....

I also remember SCOTUS asking challengers of Obamacare if they wanted them to rule on everything in it... which of course was rhetorical.

We put all of our eggs in one basket... which was the mandate and the penalty.

But if you really read Obamacare, you find page after page of unconstitutional issues... such as being able to be exempted as a muslim (gambling) but not as a Christian. (violating the religion clauses of the constitution just as one example)

IT WAS a mistake to challenge just ONE thing in obamacare.

Thomas Said himself “there is NOTHING in this that IS constitutional”

BUT... since the challenge was on one item only which got shot down, the entire ACA was “rubber stamped” by implication of SCOTUS to the Press, and treated as such since then.

Now is the time to start challenging Obmacare on LOTS of grounds now that we have a serious court in play.
