Boris Johnson has congratulated Joe Biden on his US presidential election victory, saying that the he is looking forward "to working closely together on our shared priorities."
In a statement, the Prime Minister wrote:
"Congratulations to Joe Biden on his election as President of the United States and Kamala Harris on her historic acheivement."

While it may come out that Biden is the winner, I guess Boris does not know that the media in this country does not determine the winner — though they think they do.
