D-Day at the Supreme Court (Saturbray)

Nobody knows where this election will end or why it had to be so corrupted except God. This is America’s crossroad of good vs evil. Evil is always hiding in the dark of the night and take time to expose this darkness which is where we are now. It is possible the Supreme Court will remind the darkness America is a system of laws which elections are simply one of those laws. Maybe they can find where those two 4 AM 150,000 ballots came from which looked choreographed like everything else in this fiasco

When the SC made a pronouncement to keep the ballots returned after the election deadline, they likely are signaling this law will be enforced. There is no other reason to separate those ballots other than to settle whether the law was followed and if so then those ballots are illegal. If those ballots are illegal than all other ballots gathered without proper legal identification would be illegal too.

This is the crossroad America is at, is it a country of laws or is it not and anything goes like every other Turd World country on the planet? This election no matter how difficult it is needs to not only reaffirm the laws which we choose the most powerful man in the country, it needs to be protected from future abuse and give people confidence their vote is counted and not stolen by some corrupt local crooks who are miscounting the votes.

This ruling is the starting point to end the rampant voter fraud in those corrupt Dem cities. One of the oldest vote machines is Philly who has stolen elections forever, it is no longer tolerable they pump a million votes with no witnesses or consequences.

The SC shot a cannon ball saying to hold those votes separate so they can measure the Constitutional validity of changing election laws by a Governor when it is supposed to be changed by the state legislator, is that legal. Why did Repub Governors not try to change their return dates? One side plays by the laws and one side cheats.

After four years of breaking every law under the sun is the DNC going to be required to follow the most basic ones? Are they going to destroy our Democracy as just like the Impeachment laws and are they going to be rewarded for trying to steal your vote? It is time to decide if we have a fair election or is this Venezuela.

The Constitution says the state legislature makes and changes the rules of an election and they like ever other legislature in the country made a deadline of 8 PM the first Tuesday of November. When Pelosi and the DNC decided to have a fraud filled vote by mail these Governors like Governor Wolf decided they were above the law and decided to extend the deadline unilaterally.

He may think he is able to rewrite the election laws and his Democrat Supreme Court may think they are above the law, but will the Supreme Court agree, most likely not. This should be a 9-0 decision since it is clearly stated in Article 1 the state legislature makes the rules on elections for a state.

“In Article I Section 4, the Constitution says: The times, places and manner of holding elections for Senators and Representatives, shall be prescribed in each state by the legislature thereof; but the Congress may at any time by law make or alter such regulations.”

This should be a slam dunk for Jay Sekulow since there was no reason for the Governor to act like a dictator for his state and especially in a federal election for the presidency.

The only reason he was doing this was to manufacture more votes in the chaos and he did not have his legislature behind his decision. This is why the SC has to slap this down, so it never happens again to maintain the integrity of elections.

Assuming the SC rules with the Constitution then becomes the question of did they separate them and how was it recorded? The likelihood they did not use them is pretty small and then do you have a corrupted vote? If you do then the legislature will have to decide how to handle it and is it trustworthy which it would not. There is no way to know where these ballots came from and in Philly most were likely from the cemeteries and moved people. The least that will be required is an audit of the vote with witnesses from both parties to validate every vote to make sure it is fair to Trump's voters too.

If they cannot verify where and when those ballots came from with the history of Philly, there is no real solution other than redoing the election according to the rules the state legislator makes. You could do the entire election within two weeks and have normal election laws and count it in 3 days. It is a huge expense, but it is time to make those who messed this up pay for their attempted theft.

This entire fiasco was planned and executed by the DNC for years. It is obvious they wanted to swamp the election with phony ballots to get Trump out of the White House. It does not matter to them America has the best economy it has ever had or that there is peace around the world outside Democrat cities, they had to regain their power at any price and made mistakes.

It is time to clean up Philly and install some Federal laws that will eliminate another chaotic election like this one. No country allows mail in ballots due to the lack of control of those ballots, only turd world countries like Oregon and Washington allow this corrupt system of elections and everyone can see what that brings you.

Fraud by mail should be outlawed in federal elections and a set of strict laws to make sure they are safe and fair with no way of manufacturing ballots like we are seeing in this election.

The SC took an obvious first step and may have signaled they are not going to tolerate this overstepping by Governors in their states to make it easy for voter fraud.

The DNC believes they can break any law it wants since there are no consequences when they do break them so why not election law too. America has to hope and pray the Supreme Court will be the first to say they have to follow the laws too. If they do not, then welcome to Venezuela for generations to come.

The justices, or at least the conservative justices, of the USSC should understand by now that this election targets them also. If Biden is sworn in, he will pack the court with flaming liberals. Or maybe he will engineer a change which makes it possible on the one hand to confirm a justice by a majority vote, and on the other hand to remove a justice on a majority vote. The same could apply to the appellate courts, and in no time at all, we would have a Venezuelan style court system. Every judge is loyal to the leader. An investigation will likely prove that there has been a widespread criminal conspiracy within the Democrat Party to fraudulently win this election, and that the remedy to this criminality is to disqualify the Democrat Party from the 2020 election, and have all Democrat candidates removed from the ballots.

For the future, instruct the DHS to implement regulations that require periodic purging of voter rolls to remove those who have died or moved, and forbid mail in ballots other than absentee ballots, and require proof of citizenship to vote. There can be no more ballot harvesting, and no more same day registration. And there needs to be clear regulations on when students can claim residency at colleges in order to vote.

States which are not in compliance will not have their votes included in national elections.

The DNC believes they can break any law it wants since there are no consequences when they do break them so why not election law too.

We never controlled the DOJ. It was easy to predict what would happen come election time. We got massive fraud.

Trump had to resort to doing a really good job and hoping that patriots would overwhelm the vote. And that did happen. But the Democrats went one step further and unabashedly overwhelmed the vote with fraud.

And they can get away with it because they have the power of the media, Big Tech, the DOJ and the mobs.

I believe we will never have another free and fair election in our lifetimes.
