The following CNN map, as of November 5, 220, at 6:15 pm, is fundamentally deceptive:

If you include the electors for Pennsylvania (20), North Carolina (15), Georgia (16), and Alaska (3), the highlighted elector numbers above the map should be Biden 253 and Trump 268, with 270 being the minimum number for a majority of all 538 electors. The elector tallies in these four states had been in favor of Trump consistently for 48 hours since polls closed on Tuesday.
That leaves Nevada's six and Arizona's 11 electors. Unless any other States flip, if President Trump wins either Nevada or Arizona he wins reelection.

What does it matter?

Why should the American People need to do complicated math simply to know that the currently projected elector count is Trump 268 to Biden 253? The American People deserve honest reporting from the press whose freedom our First Amendment protects.

I am sure the Federalist Society has many fine names they can offer to serve as a PROPER and SERIOUS legal team, but then again I fear that (like the GOP) the Federalist Society has also abandoned President Trump. Maybe that’s why he thinks Giuliani is a good choice.
Anyway, the election is about to be taken away from President Trump and the country, and the response needed is one of utter seriousness rather than what makes the base excited (eg ‘watermarks’ in ballots even when that’s proved to be a hoax). He has one shot at this, and it will be against a system that’s been preparing against him for months or maybe even years in terms of this election. Definitely from when COVID first came they must have seen the opportunity that mail-in voting could offer.
This needs to go to the Supreme Court, and the messaging has to be serious. Because the other side is also putting out a lot of messaging (most votes cast, huge popular vote gap, and more importantly, the EC count) in what I fully believe is a way to make sure that the Supreme Court doesn’t rule in a manner advantageous to President Trump. That is why their messaging is the way it is, and as it stands our side has only been talking allegations and 6,000 votes here and there, and nothing that can be shown as systematically illegal - which is ok for forums but not for the Supreme Court.
We only have that one shot, and I hope it is taken seriously. Otherwise the GOP will remain silent, and in the Supreme Court people may be shocked when only Justice Clarence Thomas votes the way of President Trump.
Now, go ahead and shoot the messenger. I don’t care, but as you flame me I hope you all realize that it’s not about ‘winning’ on FR but rather in the Supreme Court and being sworn in in January 2021. Anything else is the same nonsense the Democrats did in 2016 when they started saying Hillary won the popular vote or Russia/Russia/Russia or racists etc etc etc - made sense in their forums, but on January 2017 President Donald J Trump stood and made the oath of office.
Shoot the messenger, but remember it’s about winning. Actually winning.

The SCOTUS has said the U. S. Constitution sets the time limits for the POTUS election. PA chose to ignore the clear law. All the late votes are out.

The bottom line is we all knew this would happen. Mark Levin has been warning the public all year that democrats were going to court in every state to change election laws, and what was done about it? Nothing.
What did Republican controlled state legislatures who are the only ones who can change election laws per the federal constitution do about it? Nothing. Levin even had a Republican member of the PA legislature on his show and he demanded she get them to take action and they didn’t.
Everything is corrupt and now it’s going to get a billion times more corrupt unless by some miracle Trump can get these fake ballots and ridiculous election laws overturned otherwise the entire country is going to turn into California, one party rule forever, and the Republican party will go the way of the Whigs or we could end up in a Civil war which AOC seems to want by her threatening revenge on Trump supporters. Bring it on b**ch.
I’ve breathed, but I haven’t slept unless short snatches from exhaustion count. Today, I got my DTaP vaccine and asked about the others. Turns out, I had the 1st dose of the Hep A vaccine a long time ago, but the 2nd has never been administered. I was thinking perhaps I’ll get that next week. Then it struck me that I’ve embarked on some auto-’flagellating’ protocol.
This has been really hard - for us, certainly, but especially so for the valiant President who has done so much for us but also the world. I join you in prayer.
