That would be all the ballots (at least according to the county elections department near Philly)...don’t believe they are “time stamped”.

they said that already in Pa. But they didn’t set them aside...we now they ‘packed’ them in with other ballots....thus you can’t prove anything.

Ok sounds like a complete recount will be needed if the fake votes are mixed in.
What’s the remedy if PA has made certain that those ballots cannot be segregated?
Response- Uhm we can’t. They are all mixed up. Or we have destroyed them.
Would not surprise me if this is going to set up a re-vote. It's an extraordinary measure of course, but not unprecedented, and if you can't un-taint the pool of ballots, you need a new pool.
