Anyone know if that screwy software was used in PA?
If so, the ballots before 8 PM might be problematic, too.

I don’t mind our Constitution being stress-tested. It’s built solidly and is very robust. I think it can handle this.

Understandable, but “The Gore rule” applies here....
It took 37 days to resolve the 2000 election. The D party deserves no less that 37 days of people screaming and pointing out their fraud.
(Time to start pumping out those Hunter Biden pictues.)

Yeah, me neither.
That and four bucks will get us two cups of coffee.

When feeding them into the machine I believe they would be time stamped!!! Maybe, but when did the ballot arrive at the drop box, election center, etc.? "Scan time" doesn't equal "submitted time"...all mail in ballots is causing chaos...same problem with the supposed USPS "backdating" issue...if the ballot was in a USPS mail drop box at 6pm and not collected by USPS personnel until 9pm, then "backdating" would be considered "appropriate"....like what the USPS does with tax returns on April 15th...mailboxes emptied at midnight on or shortly after Midnight April 15/16...then those tax returns get postmarked April 15th.

I loved old George Smiley, he used the postman and the priest and the garbageman to get info, but he did not use them as operatives, just intel.

Yea, 4 days later. This is a joke.
To: kara37
> Well, that is not going to work. The Secretary of State Kathy Boockvar sent an email to all the poll workers telling them not to separate the ballots. At least, thats what the PA legislators said when they called for her to resign.
Pretty safe bet the SCOTUS will take a very dim view of being openly defied like that.

they said that already in Pa. But they didnt set them aside...we now they packed them in with other ballots....thus you cant prove anything. So if they have ignored the Court's prior order and irreparably damaged the process I wonder what relief the Court might provide Plaintiff?

We’ll find out. I’m dubious.

That includes: If a ballot has an unknown threshold date, then it has no date and is not valid.
IOW, the Supreme Court is telling everybody, there is an end date and time. Yes.
