Hm. https://sos.ga.gov/index.php/Elections/voter_registration_statistics shows 7,233,584 registered voters in Georgia. That chart doesn’t appear to be accurate.

Was that second graphic a parody? I'm looking at your source it says 1,821,356 registered in Nevada and should be about 1,300,000 that voted (found through Wikipedia.)

I think the registered voters in your table are from 2018 or even older. Check the link under the table for the current 2020 figures. But even with current registration figures, the turnout numbers for some states are insanely high and highly suspect.
