President Trump’s lawyers should IMMEDIATELY seek the intervention of the US Supreme Court and request that the Court nullify all votes in all states (or precincts) in which evidence of election tampering and voter fraud can be demonstrated and require a repeat vote in those states, under the careful scrutiny of observers selected by agents of the Court for their objectivity.

Evidence of more votes cast than registered voters or citizens is prima facie evidence of election tampering and voter fraud.

So does the finding of ballots in garbage cans.

And so does the sudden appearance of “newly discovered ballots,” all or almost all for the same candidate.

Precedents exist, including the Supreme Court's outlawing of the Democratic White Primary on March 7, 1927, when the Court unanimously declared the Democratic White Primary unconstitutional for violating the "equal protection" clause of the Fourteenth Amendment to the Constitution.

(So he WAS telling the truth ...)

That should go over real good in front of the USSC.

Biden and the CommuKKKrats take great pride in their organized election fraud conspiracy.

(I am shocked that Youtube still has this up. I guess if they hid it the conspiracy would be further verified.)

Look, this is just ramping up the process that began in Florida in the aftermath of the 2000 Presidential election. The objective is to use process changes and technology in voting to create DELIBERATE AMBIGUITY about the results to enable increasingly inventive forms of cheating.

The first time I remember going with my Dad when he voted was 1960, New York had these wonderful mechanical voting machines where you changed the state of a mechanical lever to vote, and opened the curtain with a big red lever which locked your votes and reset the levers. These machines were invented to limit paper ballot cheating, but like paper ballots, they would yield a tally by the early morning hours of the following day, and that was that. Yes, you could recount the ballots or re-tally the machines, but the results existed in physical form in the possession of authorities (i.e., the results were “analog”). In essence, "Election Day" was when everything happened and by Wednesday morning it was over.

What has been happening since 2000 (and maybe before) is the use of media, and technology, to create a condition where nobody knows what the result truly is - nobody knows how many votes were cast, nobody knows which votes count and which ones don't, and the final tally can change for days and even weeks (or until the Democrat wins). Most of the results, and now a lot of the votes themselves, are no longer analog but digital, and exist only as an ordered set of electrons, subject to change in many ways by many people.

This has created a fundamental change in public perception, and you can see it even here on FR. People go on and on about whether or not a winner has been "declared", usually by media people who have no access to the real data. As electronic voting, and now even apps meant to run on handhelds, define reality, we may be approaching or already be at the point where most people are accepting of the proposition that "nobody knows who won, we have to rerun the program, we have to call in the experts, it was Russian bots, it was Craig Livingstone, etc., etc.).

This problem is of course compounded by early voting, absentee voting, overseas voting, etc.

On election night in 1932, everybody knew that FDR had won a big victory - that in a country with no electronic media, no computers, and half paralyzed by depression. On election night in 1952, there were more votes for Eisenhower than Stevenson, and everybody knew THAT. Eight years ago (a century in digital years), Hugh Hewitt wrote a book called, “If It’s Not Close, They Can’t Cheat”. As long as people believe that only digital wizards can actually determine the result, that may no longer be true.

If we could conduct and tally elections in 1932 and 1952, we should be able to do it now - except that would upset our masters, who have worked so hard to create the status quo. They certainly won't give it up without a fight.

Just like the CFR admission of telling Ukraine they were t going to get the $1 billion.

I figured this was a slip of the tongue and he meant to say “anti-fraud.” But now I’m seriously thinking he let the mask slip.

Thank you for that enlightening post. Are you a historian, by any chance?

I just remember reading that when (I think) Nixon lost to JFK because of vote tampering in Chicago, he considered challenging it, but decided against it because he thought it would be hard on the country to do so. So he let it go.

Please correct me if I’m wrong. I can’t do research on my laptop without losing the post and having to retype it all again. :)

I figured it was Biden's "slip of the tongue," Bragging About Putting Together An Extensive Voter Fraud
Organization.......that he actually meant to say “anti-fraud.” But now I’m seriously thinking he let the mask slip.

He "knew" he was going to win. The vote fraud machine was in place.....so he could say anything he felt like saying.

He seems to be a person who likes to shock people.

I was just kicked off of Twitter for defending President Trump and Don Jr.; I told the idiots criticizing them that they were ridiculous, posting from their parents’ basements while delivering pizzas. I laughed at every one of them, and Don Jr. was copied on it because they had posted to him.

So now, alas, I can no longer visit that paradise of intelligence known as Twitter. LOL!

Social media really needs to be looked into. President Trump should assign someone to do that a.s.a.p.; I realize he’s pretty busy right now. :)

But I have no doubt that FB, Twitter, other social media sites have attempted to interfere in the election. Well, it’s a fact. Didn’t FB or Twitter block the President for a day or so?

Also recall last week him telling some protesters that he didn’t need their votes.

Of course, he didn’t. He already knew the plan — enough padding to make sure he won.

It should come as no surprise. Dems have been working on this play for years. Recall rumors in 2012 of some PA precincts having more votes (110-130%) than adults in the precincts. The plan probably would have worked in 2016 except that the polls were exaggerated in Clinton’s favor, so they didn’t think they would need that much padding. She was running against Trump, after all, and he didn’t stand a chance of winning.

Dems are not even trying to hid their padding efforts. Most election fraud cases in the last 20 years only got a slap on the wrist — if that. If they win, the corruption will be swept under the carpet. Dems are seldom held accountable.

It will soon be back to the ole Deep State running things and ‘the elected’ only being window dressing to keep the public appeased.

The Supreme Court MUST intervene.

There has never been and will never be a greater need for the Court's intervention.

The Court MUST intervene to prevent a coup d'état by election tampering and voter fraud in the USA.

NOTHING could be of greater importance.
