The Nevada Republican Party announced Thursday evening that its legal team has sent a criminal referral to the Justice Department regarding alleged voter fraud in the Silver State’s 2020 presidential election and predicted the number of instances of fraud will grow in the coming days.
“Our lawyers just sent a criminal referral to AG Barr regarding at least 3,062 instances of voter fraud,” the Nevada GOP’s official account wrote on Twitter. “We expect that number to grow substantially. Thousands of individuals have been identified who appear to have violated the law by casting ballots after they moved from NV.”
The announcement comes hours after the Trump campaign filing a federal lawsuit in Las Vegas in an effort to halt the counting of what it described was “illegal votes” in Nevada. The campaign alleges deceased individuals and nonresidents cast ballots in the state’s election.

smart move - in SCOTUS, you need to show clear instances of fraud... forcing the DoJ to investigate this fraud provides credibility to the court

Yeah, the DOJ will get right on that, sometime after John Durham gets done with his investigation.

So WHO actually cast the fraudulent ballots? The people who actually moved away? Or some nefarious Dem fraudster?
The Dems ALWAYS fight purging of voter rolls. This is precisely why.
There are so many needed reforms:
• Voter rolls should be zeroed out after EVERY national election
• You have to appear IN PERSON to re-establish your bona fides and have a notary public witness your registration
• End same-day registration
• End motor-voter registration
• Every person counting ballots must have two official observers, one from each major party
• Re-establish Election DAY, not Election Season
• End all early voting
• End all mail voting unless it is an absentee ballot with full identification and justification
• Indelible purple ink on the index finger after voting in person
That is the only way we will ever again have fair and honest election.
Is there proof the ballots were actually cast or just that the ballots were sent out?
There is greater voter integrity in the Middle East.
Having good voter rules and regulations isn’t the problem. The problem is one side is so dependent and successful with fraud they fight reform ferociously and ridiculously. Like asking for id being racist!
Barr won’t get off his fat ass. He’s just another Jeff Sessions. It doesn’t matter what flag they fly, they’re all Swamp critters who meet at the same watering hole after hours to knock back their favorite booze and complain about what a rough day they had......
