I don’t know.
All I know is I’ve gotten almost no work done for 2 days now so I gotta take the emotion out of it and get back to work and chores.

I have taken a lot of long outdoor breaks in the last couple of days.
Stacking wood is great exercise and seems to clear the cobwebs.
We are having some great weather right now here in New England—so that is helpful as well.
