I have taken a lot of long outdoor breaks in the last couple of days.
Stacking wood is great exercise and seems to clear the cobwebs.
We are having some great weather right now here in New England—so that is helpful as well.

I work from home mostly and when I get anxious I can barely get out the front door. And I’m a wreck right now :)
I’m very OCD too. So watching the returns is like playing a slot machine for me lol
Time to man up and get out.
Gonna push myself out tonight. Take a nice drive on empty roads at night tonight.
