This is a good law I think, unless it’s possible to forge postmarks somehow.
Just think of how they probably hid all of the election mail at the hubs that were coming from rural offices. They should be sending postal inspectors and federal agents into all of these regional sorting centers.

“came in” is not the same as “counted”

The did not separate out those that arrived after election day (in defiance of USSC order) and counted them already.
They never intended to follow the law, or court orders.
