I watched the video. "A guy said that ..." doesn't hold much water. Furthermore if there are 100,000 ballots all marked Biden, then they will be in a stack somewhere. If they aren't then we can't do a recount.

To resolve this the republicans need to demand a recount. When those ballots are recounted they can be examined for similar markings (same pen, etc).

Probably a team of people then. But there are more questions, each ballot has a unique block code so they can't just be xeroxed. They need to be created and printed. That's not impossible but needs to be done. Those codes need to match the codes sent out. The Republicans need to look for stuff like this

The machines in VA will only except ink. The ball point pen depresses the paper. The machine needs to feel that depression.

Take one “real” ballot already filled out for Biden. Then that ballot is copied over and over. They use heavy paper stock used for the copies to make it look more “legit”. They’re counterfeit ballots.

In my county in Florida, Biden won, but all our gop people also won. So, my conclusion here is there were a lot of anti-trump Republicans. I dunno.
