The machines in VA will only except ink. The ball point pen depresses the paper. The machine needs to feel that depression.

Who recounts? A typical recount is machine with the same stacks of ballots. But the Republicans involved need to look inside the stack for tells like the same pen used over and over for subsequent ballots.
