As I recall, Gore made a mistake of asking for recount in his strongest 5 counties rather than the entire state.
That was his tactical mistake. The bigger issue was that with all the legal wrangling they simply ran out of time. The Florida legislature would have been well within their authority to formally draft a slate of electors right before the national Electoral College deadline.
You seem like one of those spineless republicans. If we lose, there is no coming back. The dems will subvert every aspect of the government
I spoke with the office of the Florida Speaker. They were absolutely prepared for a special session to award electors to Bush.
- legislature can award electors as the see fit if fraud)>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>
Yes, but the vote has to be certified. If that certification fails due to irreparable fraud, the electoral college is replaced by the House. Each state delegation gets 2 votes on who will be president.Republicans control 27 states.which will award PDJT the election.
The Dem fraud machine has overplayed its hand.
Don’t be naïve - if they’ll commit open treason to steal this one, what will they be emboldened to do to hold on to power?
Best thing is to fight instead of quitting and supporting Team Trump with donations is the most effective most of us can do as individuals.
Same reason one did in 2016, the American public gets tired of democrats. —
Do not make this assumption. I use to think this for CA, NY, OR, WA, etc. After years of ruinous policies, they STILL ELECT DEMOCRATS. Same story for just about every city.
The fraud machine is alive an well in NJ, and other states. They even admit to it.
If I was going to solve this fraud case in WI or MI I would make sure the ballots themselves add up. Do all the ballots physically exist? That 193K tally could have just been entered into the tally system, someone just keyed in 193K
No. In a dispute, after the attempt by the Sec of State to certify, the state legislature has the power to not accept it and appoint the electors. MI, PA, and WI are controlled by the GOP. The only time the House comes into play is if neither candidate has 270. The new House meets and each state gets one vote.
Thank you for the elucidation.
