Yeah, "she's" looking 10X better than "her" fellow mentally ill transgender politician, the Secretary of "Health" in PA. It's not up to the Buck Angel level of transgenderism, but probably one of the better efforts to "pass" as a member of the other gender thru surgery and hormones, and still come out looking 90% "normal". Most of those photos would fool me into assuming that's a biological women, aside from a handful of ones with an odd pose that shows something is "off" about "her":
