i believe “cure” the ballots means to fix incorrectly completed ballots- signed on wrong line, etc...

This is going to be a big issue in the lawsuit in PA. The PA Supreme Court ruled people were not allowed to cure their ballots once submitted but several towns allowed people to do as much.
